درخواست پیگیری حقوقی اقدامات مخرب زیستمحیطی در جنگ اخیر
جنگی که بر کشور و ملت ما تحمیل شده است، تنها به ترور شخصیتها و تعرض به مقدسات محدود نمیشود، بلکه تهاجمی گسترده علیه آب، خاک، پوشش گیاهی، حیات وحش و تمامی مؤلفههای زیستمحیطی این سرزمین به شمار میآید که میتوان آن را مصداقی از «اکوتروریسم» دانست.
دشمن با هدف قرار دادن مخازن و خطوط انتقال نفت، تأسیسات پتروشیمی و ایجاد آلودگی در بخشهای وسیعی از هوا، آب و خاک کشور، نه تنها امنیت و سلامت جامعه انسانی را تهدید کرده، بلکه خسارات سنگینی را نیز بر اکوسیستمها، جانوران، گیاهان و منابع طبیعی ایران وارد ساخته است.
در آخرین اقدام تجاوزکارانه نیز با حمله به مخازن آب در یکی از گرمترین و دورافتادهترین مناطق کشور، ابعاد تازهای از این رفتار غیرانسانی و ضد محیطزیستی را به نمایش گذاشت.
از این رو، از تمامی انجمنها، تشکلها و فعالان حوزه محیط زیست کشور درخواست میشود همزمان با روز جهانی و هفته محیط زیست، با تنظیم و ارائه شکایت مستند به مراجع ذیصلاح بینالمللی، از جمله International Court of Justice، نسبت به پیگیری حقوقی اقدامات مخرب زیستمحیطی منتسب به دولتهای آمریکا و اسرائیل اقدام کنند.
هدف از این اقدام، افزون بر احقاق حقوق مردم آسیبدیده کشور، دفاع از منابع طبیعی، آب، خاک، گیاهان و جانوران بیگناه این سرزمین و نیز پیگیری مسئولیت بینالمللی عاملان این خسارات و مطالبه جبران و غرامت ناشی از آن است.

The war that has been imposed on our country and nation is not limited to the assassination of personalities and the conflict over sacred places, but is also a plant-based aggression against water, soil, vegetation, wildlife, and all environmental components of this land, which can be considered an example of “ecoterrorism.” By targeting oil pipelines, petrochemical reservoirs, and creating air, water, and soil hazards in vast parts of the country, the enemy has not only threatened the security and health of human society, but has also caused heavy damage to Iran’s ecosystems, plants, and natural resources. In its latest act of aggression, it has also attacked water reservoirs in one of the hottest, driest regions of the country, showing a new round of this anti-environmental behavior. Therefore, they request all associations, organizations and environmental activists in the country to take action on World Environment Day and Environment Week by preparing and submitting documented documents to the competent international authorities, including the International Court of Justice, against the existing environmental destructive rights attributed to the US and Israeli governments. The aim of this action, in addition to realizing the rights of the affected people of the country, is to defend the natural resources, water, soil, innocent plants and animals of this land, as well as the international responsibility of the lands for these damages and the compensation and indemnification issues arising from it
